Case history data
The client through a tender held in November 2015 looked for a partner to entrust outsourcing services for the management of the computer equipment of the Town of Piacenza and for the ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of the town's fiber optic networ, video surveillance system, wifi network and city wireless network - CIG 1° Lot 641110755 for the period from March 1, 2016 to February 28, 2021. Betacom, together with its partner Fastweb, was awarded the service and within the group, it provides on-site Help Desk Level I and II services, hardware assistance and remote system assistance. The managed hardware perimeter is approximately 750 PdL, 130 Thin Clients, 116 printers and 150 servers. The main need can therefore be traced back to the desire to have a level interlocutor to whom to entrust the ICT sector, as it cannot rely on the internal resources of the town for such activity.
