RGI turned to Betacom to create the institutional app for TUA Insurance, the company of the Catholic Group. An app was needed with graphics consistent with that of the website www.tuaassicurazioni.it and designed according to the specifics of the devices that should have used it. The app had to provide: - an Account Section - the search for a preferred agency through the geolocation of the Agencies - integration with Europ Assistance Customer Service - the geolocation of contracted bodyshops and clinics - a section for Information and Customer Support - a Product Area
Betacom proposed a simple and intuitive system to allow users to use it with pleasure and to recommend it to their own circles of connections and at the same time it is innovative to attract the curiosity of users and media in the sector. The app architecture was designed to enable future developments such as home insurance.
